Is delivery and setup included?
Yes. The price you see includes delivery, setup and takedown anywhere in Winnipeg, southern Manitoba and North-West Ontario. You pick the spot, we handle the rest.
How much space do I need?
Each castle lists its footprint in feet (length x width x height). Add a few feet of clearance on each side, and check overhead for branches, wires or a gym ceiling. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the spot and we will tell you what fits.
Can you set up indoors?
Yes. Gyms, halls and community centres work well, and they make a great rain plan. The Fun Tunnel and the medium units fit under most ceilings; check the height on the card.
Can you set up in a Winnipeg park?
Yes, we set up in Winnipeg parks. Tell us which park when you book and we will sort out the details with you.
Do I need power?
Each castle runs on a standard outlet within reach of the setup spot. No outlet nearby? We rent generators too, so a park or field is no problem.
Can I rent for longer than 3 hours?
Yes. Three hours is the standard rental, but all-day rentals for fundraisers, festivals and school events are common. Tell us your schedule and we will quote it.
Who supervises the castle?
We set up and show you how to run it. For bigger events you can use your own volunteers to keep costs down.
